i-Seal - POS Terminal

Use the i-Seal FastTab on the POS Terminal Card to control seal functionality on a specific terminal and to configure the number series used for seal reports.

1. Click the icon, enter POS Terminal List, and select the relevant link.
2. Open the relevant POS Terminal and navigate to the i-Seal FastTab on the POS Terminal Card.
3. Complete the fields:
   • Disable Seal Functionality:
     • Turn On: Disables the seal functionality on this terminal. Seal Transaction records are not generated when sales are posted.
     • Turn Off: Enables the seal functionality on this terminal. A Seal Transaction record is automatically generated for every posted sale.
   • No. Series Seal Report: Select the number series used to number seal reports produced for this terminal.
   • Date Last Seal Report: Shows the date on which the most recent seal report was produced for this terminal. The system updates this value automatically.
