Wish list not found in POS

  • Ensure the member card is linked to the wish list (LSC Wish List Link) and has status Active.
  • Use the search panel to locate by name or owner if the card is not linked.

Cannot create wish list

  • Verify Wish List Nos. and, if barcodes are required, Wish List Barcode Mask exist in setup.
  • Review event viewer if web service returns 0099.
Owner missing on list page
  • Run Refresh Missing Owner Info to repopulate.
  • If it still fails, check that the owner link references a membership card with a contact.
Nothing happens after confirming lines
  • Implement a subscriber to OnWishListLinesConfirmed to convert the selected lines into transaction lines; base code intentionally raises only the event.
Web service error 0098
  • Communication failure. Confirm the URI configured in LSC Request Handler and retry.
  • Error text is stored in the request log to aid diagnostics.
