The Safe Register report lists safe ledger entries grouped by store safe register. For each register it shows every entry that has been posted to that register, together with a running total. Use this report to verify the contents of a specific register or to produce a printed audit trail of safe activity sorted by register ID.
How to run
- Click the
icon, enter Safe Register, and select the relevant link. - The report request page opens. Set any filters you need (see Filters and options below), then choose Print to send the report to the printer, or choose Preview to view it on screen before printing.

| Register ID | Limits the report to one or more store safe registers. Leave blank to include all registers. |
Output columns
The report prints one section per store safe register. Within each section the following columns are shown for every safe ledger entry:

| Posting Date | The date the entry was posted. |
| Safe No. | The identifier of the safe that the entry belongs to. |
| Document Type | The type of document that generated the entry. |
| Document No. | The document number of the originating transaction. |
| Transaction Type | The type of safe transaction (for example, Remove Tender, Float Entry, or Tender Decl.). |
| Transaction No. | The transaction number assigned to the safe ledger entry. |
| Safe Account No. | The account number on the safe side of the transaction. |
| Safe Account Type | The account type on the safe side of the transaction. |
| Account | The balancing account for the entry. |
| Account Type | The account type of the balancing account. |
| Correction | Indicates whether the entry is a correction entry. |
| Posted to Accounts | Indicates whether the entry has been posted to the general ledger accounts. |
| Tender Type | The tender type associated with the entry (for example, cash or card). |
| Currency Code | The currency in which the entry amount is expressed. |
| Amount (LCY) | The entry amount in local currency. A register total is printed at the end of each register section. |
