Remove thread that checks if there is active processing against SaaS. This check is used to close the connection when done. Only needed against Local Database connections.

Fix Input string was not in a correct format error when replicate Normal job with replication counter setup.
Fix Extension table on core table in NAV
Fix table lookup for base tables, without company name, when NAV included Extension table setup.
