Updating Wastage % for Ingredients
The Update Recipe Wastage Info report synchronizes recipe ingredient wastage percentages with the wastage percentage defined on items themselves.

Use either Item No. Filter or Item Category Filter to limit which items are processed.

The report only updates ingredient (BOM component) lines for items that are used in recipes and that have a nonzero wastage percentage.

During processing, a progress window shows the update status.
You can access the report in the following ways:

Click the
icon,search for Update Recipe Wastage Info. -
In the Recipe List or Recipe Card, click Adjust Cost - Update Recipes, Update Recipe Wastage Info on the Action tab under Home.
