Setting Nutritional Values (Item Level)
To set nutritional values on item level

Go to the Hospitality Item List.

Select the desired item.

Select Related, Master Data, Nutrition.
You can enter nutritional values in two ways.
Use the Product Nutrition List

If a product nutrition list is available, open the Product Nutrition Code lookup in the Product Nutrition Code field.

In the Product Nutrition List, choose the product you want. You can filter by category and product group to find it faster.

Confirm your selection.
The system copies the selected product’s Value per Nutrition Weight values to the item and sets Nutrition Value to Looked Up.
Enter values manually

In the Serving Size field, enter the portion size you want to define.

In the Serving Unit of Measure field, open the lookup and select the correct unit.
If the serving unit and nutrition weight unit are the same, or if they are linked by a conversion factor, the system fills Serving Size in Nutr. UOM automatically. The field is also calculated automatically when the serving unit is set up as an item unit of measure for that item.

If Serving Size in Nutr. UOM is 0, enter the equivalent quantity in the nutrition unit manually.
Example: Serving size is 1 box, and 1 box weighs 250 g. If the nutrition unit is g, enter 250 in Serving Size in Nutr. UOM.

Enter the values for each nutrient in the Value per Serving field.
The system calculates Value per Nutrition Weight and sets Nutrition Value to Entered.
