The unit cost of a recipe is equal to the total of the unit costs of its ingredients.

To ensure accurate calculation of the recipe's unit cost, the Unit Cost field on the Item card of each ingredient must be filled in.

Functions are available on the Recipe Card to calculate and adjust costs as needed.
