Hotfixes and Breaking Changes

The pages in this section contain lists of breaking changes and hotfixes in the current and previous releases. The lists are work in progress and will be updated as new issues are discovered.

Hotfixes are unplanned corrective updates released to resolve confirmed product issues that meet defined criteria. A hotfix is not guaranteed for every reported issue.

When Hotfixes Are Considered

A hotfix may be released when all of the following conditions apply:

The issue has been confirmed as a product defect.
The issue has a significant impact on product functionality.
No reasonable workaround is available.
The issue cannot reasonably wait for the next regular release.

Issues classified as minor, or issues for which a suitable workaround exists, are normally addressed in upcoming versions or cumulative updates rather than through a hotfix.

Hotfix Availability and Delivery

Information about released hotfixes is published here in the Hotfixes and Breaking Changes section of the LS Central online help. Each hotfix entry specifies the affected product versions and the fixes included.

Partners can download available hotfixes directly from the LS Retail Portal.
