This is a setup table to define if the web service module is active or not. This table also contains the definition of some common Nodes that make up the supported request and response xml documents. These are common Node Names that are used to define the outlines request and response xml documents, such as the top node of document, the request ID node; that is, nodes that appear in all documents and are used to identify the type and request ID of the document, as well as to define the outlines of the response document.
