The delivery order of jobs that have the same JobID in the Scheduler is not allowed to get mixed
up in order to maintain continuity. Sometimes it is necessary to create a continuity between jobs with
different jobIDs. This is done by using another ID for the job in question in order to fool the Data
Director into sending the packages in the correct order.
