This field contains the date of the budget entry.
A budget can be set up for a week, a month, a quarter, a year or an accounting period. The program always enters the budget figure on the first day of the
selected time interval.
Example - If you select a year as the time interval for the budget figure,
the figure is entered on January the first. If you select a quarter, the figure is entered on the first day of the first month in the quarter.
