Multiple Item Lookup, POS Functionality Profile

By selecting this check box you enable the Multiple Item Lookup feature on the POS.

The purpose of this feature is to let the user select a multiple number of items from the POS item lookup, and even set the quantity for each selection. This can be useful, for example, for stores that do not have barcodes on items, or if orders are being registered on the POS. In such cases you do not need to push lookup for every item but only once and then select the items. Thus the time needed for these tasks is greatly reduced.

The items are selected with the QTYCH POS command, from the POS lookup menu. When all items have been selected using the QTYCH button, the user presses OK and all the items are created as entries in the POS journal lines.
