Offer

In the Offer table you set up offers for selling items at a discount price for periods of time. The Offer works as price change, resulting in changed price at the POS rather than showing discount from former price.

You can also sell all retail items in selected item categories or product groups at a discount price by including them in discount offers.
You assign a specific discount percentage to the discount offer as a whole and set when to enable the offer and when to disable it.
Once you have set up a discount offer, you need to change its status field from Disabled to Enabled in order for it to be sent to the POS terminals. When you want to modify or delete the discount offer, you change the status back to Disabled.

Note - Statistics on the discount offer cannot be updated if the discount offer is modified. Therefore it is advised to disable a discount offer you want to modify, and create a new one.
