In this field you can select if the staff member can see and/or edit customer comments.
In standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central free text entries for entering comments in the customer card.
The options are:
No The staff member can not see any of the available customer comments.
View The staff member can view customer comments but not edit them.
View & Edit The staff member can view customer comments and edit them.
