This field contains the quantity of the item in the recipe for the number of portions the recipe is
for. For example, if there are 4 portions of the recipe, this field contains the quantity needed for 4 portions.
When you enter an amount in this field, the program automatically calculates the Quantity per field,
using the formula:
Quantity per = Qty. per Production / No. of Portions (Item). The Quantity per contains the quantity for the base unit of measure; that is,
for one portion.
If the item on the line is marked as Unaff. By Multiplication Factor, the Quantity per is the same as Qty.
