A check mark in this field indicates that the item is a scale item, that is, it needs to be weighed on a scale at time of sale.
If a scale is connected to the POS terminal, the POS terminal retrieves the weight from the scale,
otherwise the terminal prompts the cashier to enter the weight.
The system validates if the Sales Unit of Measure is filled in for the item.
