This determines the default Calculation Type for this item. The Automatic option indicates that the replenishment parameters for that item will be taken from
the item hierarchy instead of the Item or the Item Store Record. It is possible to override the Calculation Type for certain locations by inserting a Replen.
Item Store record for that location.
