This is set up to decide which cost type is used in the Roster planning and for comparing to budget during planning. Available options are to use Average cost from the Staff Management Employee card, Average cost from the role settings, or to use the actual salary settings for exact individual costing. If set to Salary Settings, then the salary must be assigned to each employee and the salary system code setup must be in place.
