This field contains the date and time this line was started on the station (that is, the line appeared).
The KOT or KOT lines appear on a preparation station when they are sent to the KDS unless
- all items in the KOT should be ready at the same time causing a delay in appearance for the items with less production time
- the whole KOT may be held for some minutes
