Nutrition Unit of Measure, Meal Planning Setup

Here you can enter the standard unit of measure code that the program uses to display and calculate nutrition values of items and recipes. To see the unit of measure codes available, click the AssistButton in the field.
For example, if the standard way of displaying nutrition values is per 100 g, you enter 100 in the Nutrition Weight field and select grams in this field.
If you want to display nutrition values for items and recipes, this field must be filled in. You also need to make sure that the recipe weight unit of measure and the nutrition unit of measure are compared in the Conversion Value table.
