This field contains the maximum average value of planned cost and actual cost that the program uses
to draw columns in the topmost graph in the Weekly Sales Overview.
If the average planned cost (total planned cost / total planned portions) or average actual cost
(total actual cost / total portions sold) reaches this maximum or becomes larger,
the column representing the amount reaches full length.
