It is possible to set limits on Sales Types with different parameters. The options are:
None - No limits (default).
By Default - See Default Order Limit
By Tender - The limit will be set by the amount which has been pre-entered (pre-paid) prior to suspension.
By Request - The limit will be set to the order by a request to the user on the limit amount, The user will get a pop-up request form which will ask for the limit
when the sale is suspended for the first time.
