Inventory Masks

The Inventory Mask table is the setup record for the worksheets. For each worksheet there is an Inventory Mask record which defines the worksheet's behaviour and all default data to be automatically filled out in the worksheet records. A worksheet mask can be defined for all stores or for a specific store only.

When changing the posting date in the worksheet line the system will re-calculate stock on hand according to the new posting date.

Under the Worksheet buttons there is a function; "Re-calculate lines" that asks you for a new Posting Date. The batch changes the Posting Date in the lines and Re-calculates stock on hand.
