This table contains settings that control which changes are allowed on delivery and takeout orders. A type of change is either allowed, allowed if confirmed by the user or not allowed. Allowing changes depends on the status of the order. Restaurant change and timing change is not allowed after the order has been confirmed. Therefore this change is not a part of this table. Each restaurant has its own settings on allowing change. The call center looks up the settings for the restaurant of each order before going ahead with a change.
