Only applies when Display Station Type KDS Printer is used and the KOT is being printed with the Kitchen Service.
If, for example, the paper is out on the defined printer, the KDS checks if there is a fallback printer (fallback station) defined. If so, KDS will try to send to that printer. If neither printer is working, the KDS will retry until one of them starts working. Or KDS will stop trying when the KOT becomes too old.
