In this field you can enter how many minutes in advance of their contact pickup time the program puts pre-orders back in queue and prints them again on the kitchen slip or sends them to the Kitchen Monitor. The program uses the Advance Pre-Order Printing (Min.) field also to determine whether an order is a pre-order. If an order is for a time further in the future than the minutes defined in this field, the order is a pre-order.
